Acceptable Use

What you may and may not do with the classes and the Service.

Shvasa is for your own practice. Please do not:

• share your account or sign-in with others, or let more than one household use one membership;
• record, download, copy, re-stream, publicly show, sell or redistribute classes, scripts or any other content, or use them to train software or models;
• present yourself as a Shvasa teacher or use our name, marks or teachers’ names to promote anything;
• probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service, or try to get around access controls;
• upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share;
• let anyone under 18 hold an account, practise with Shvasa, or appear in front of the camera features;
• name someone in the app, or let it remember their face, without their agreement;
• practise a class a teacher asked to see for someone else, or record anyone other than yourself; keep others out of the camera’s view, and make sure the people you live with know when it is on.

If we see misuse we may limit or close the account. If you think your account was used without your permission, write to the support address shown in your profile at once.
